Why I Enjoy Attending My Tai Chi Classes

Tai Chi is one of the most popular exercise routines in existence today. Statistics show that nearly ten million people around the globe participate in this fascinating art. Tai Chi promotes good health, improves one confidence, and teaches one the finer points of self defense.
I enrolled in Tai Chi approximately five months ago. One of my neighbors recommended me to a Tai Chi school within my neighborhood. I was reluctant to visit at first, but my curiosity encouraged me to go. This has turned out to be one of the best decisions that I have every made in my life.
My health has improved dramatically since attending my first class. My blood pressure is lower and my weight is under control. All of th! is has happened within a span of a few months!
My self esteem has also improved since attending my Tai Chi classes. I now feel better about myself. My self esteem level is now soaring amongst the clouds.
Unfortunately, crime has been increasing within my neighborhood. Tai Chi has taught me how to defend myself. I am confident that I can successfully ward off an attacker in the streets.
I enjoy attending my Tai Chi classes each week. I am making more progress as time progresses. I always set my home security alarm (HERE) before going to my group exercise class.
